Dead Man Days recognises the seriousness of the matters raised in recent proceedings and understands the distress felt by customers, families and the wider public.

Following interim directions, we have paused certain functions while the relevant systems, vendors and operational controls are reviewed.

Dead Man Days was created to help bereaved families preserve contact, memory and presence during periods of loss. We remain committed to dignity, lawful access and customer safety as these unprecedented matters are considered by the Court.

We are cooperating fully with appointed monitors, regulators, public authorities and relevant third-party providers.
