Access is subject to agreement. Before activation can begin, you must accept the terms governing access, value, restriction and transfer.

4.1 AUTHORISED ACCESSBy beginning activation, you appoint Dead Man Days as authorised access holder for the named deceased.

5.2 NO GUARANTEE OF CONTACTActivation does not guarantee contact, comfort, response, recognition, permanence, sound, image or exclusive access.

7.4 MARKET VALUEContinued access is subject to account status, demand, availability, verification, competing claims and live market value.

9.3 RESTRICTIONThe deceased profile may be classified, priced, restricted, muted, suspended, transferred or withdrawn from your account at any time.

11.8 COMPETING CLAIMSWhere another party submits a higher access claim, Dead Man Days may review, amend or reassign access without further consent.

14.2 FAILURE TO MAINTAIN PAYMENTPayment failure may result in interruption, loss of presence, loss of sound, reassignment of access rights or permanent account closure.

18.1 NON-OWNERSHIPBy continuing, you agree that grief does not constitute ownership.
